Andy & Pam were married in June of 1980. They have four children, all of which are married; and all of them have children. They have a total of eighteen grandchildren. Andy was in the building traders until the summer of 1994, when they moved from Covington, Indiana to Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania to attend Bible College. September of 2010 Andy was called to pastor the first Baptist Church.
Andy's heart for the church is to teach people to think Biblically so that they will live Godly lives. This theme is what God used to motivate him to be in full time ministry. Andy and Pam want to disciple people to be more like Christ.

Ethan Harkleroad has always had a passion for the youth around him.  In 2012 he became the maintenance director for Twin Lakes Camp and worked closely with high school students in training them up in the the Lord and in their work.  In 2013, after working with the oldest age group in AWANA, he felt burdened for the youth within the church since there was no program for the teens after completing AWANA.  With God's leading, he along with Mike Hohenstein, started the CREW ministry for teens in the community.  In January of 2017, he began his position as Youth Pastor of First Baptist Church.  Since the inception of CREW, he has invested in the teens of this community not only on the larger scale but also personally and individually.
He, along with his wife, CodieLee, strive to show the teens God's love and His glory.  Ethan and CodieLee have three children they are striving to raise up in the Lord as well: MJ, Owen, and AnaLeigh
